The Advantage that Nintendo had with it's Cartridge formats from the Sony PSX/PS1 that it was faster loading times.

The Disadvantage of the Nintendo 64 was lacked of third party titles. and lower based graphics that was not really good to the PS1/PSX but a lot of the games did add up to be capable of having great graphivs with an expansion pak. The two best looking games were. Resident Evil 2 and Star Wars: Battle for Naboo.
